We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established children's residential provider seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a children's home in Southport.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people while leading a committed and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards.

Promote positive outcomes for children and young people with a range of emotional and behavioural needs.

Manage, motivate, and develop a residential care team through effective leadership and supervision.

Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and embedded throughout the service.

Monitor care plans, risk assessments, and placement outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the home's development and growth.
