We are currently supporting a specialist school in Essex with the recruitment of an Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team. The role involves supporting students to develop independence, emotional regulation, and functional life skills within an educational setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals
- Support pupils with sensory, motor and emotional regulation needs
- Contribute to EHCP targets and reviews
- Provide advice and training to staff and families where appropriate
