We are currently recruiting experienced Registered Managers on behalf of a number of established children's residential care providers across the UK. Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and management of a children's residential home.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards.
- Lead, develop, and support residential care teams to deliver exceptional care.
- Promote positive outcomes for children and young people.
- Manage safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee staff supervision, development, and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of care, record keeping, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or experienced Children's Residential Manager.
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Quality Standards.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or willingness to work towards it.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
