We are currently looking for a Music Teacher or Cover Supervisor to work 3 days per week in the Berwick upon Tweed area, working with children in KS2 and KS3. Starting in January, this role will continue until Summer 2025.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering lessons in Music and PHSE, ensuring all pupils are engaged and supported.
  • Teaching to children aged 9-14 years old in a middle school setting.
  • Encouraging creativity, theory and practical instrument skills in the classroom.
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, helping them feel safe and supported.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified music specialist, or a teacher/cover supervisor comfortable teaching music to children in a middle school setting.
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • An adaptable individual who can think on their feet and respond to changing classroom needs.
