Connect Driver Solutions is recruiting a HGV Class 2 Driver for an established timber and building materials distribution business based in Grangemouth. Our client supplies wood-based panels and sheet materials to trade and construction customers across Scotland, with drivers completing between 3 and 12 drops per day depending on the route. The majority of deliveries are taken off at point by forklift, with minimal manual handling required.
What's on offer?
- Temporary to permanent opportunity
- Monday to Friday with flexible start times
- £30,000 per annum plus bonuses on going permanent
- £14.42 per hour during temporary period
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will need:
- A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence with a minimum of 2 years' experience
- A valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
- No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
