Connect Driver Solutions, one of the most trusted driving and transport recruiters in the North East, are looking for Class 2 Drivers!
Location: Newcastle & surrounding areas
Pay Rates: £14 to £20 per hour (paid weekly on PAYE only)
What We’re Looking For:
- Class 2 Drivers for various different contracts around the North East.
- We can accommodate drivers who are looking for long-term ongoing/part-time or ad hoc work.
- Full-time roles are also available.
Your Responsibilities as a Class 2 Driver:
- Operate Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
- Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance
- Comply with WTD, driver hours & rest periods
What You Need as a Class 2 Driver:
- Valid CAT C licence/LGV 2/HGV 2 licence
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience with Class 2 vehicles
- Valid DQC and digital tacho cards
- No more than six points on your licence, with no DD, CD, DR, IN, or TT codes accepted
