Connect Driver Solutions is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for various contracts with an established national logistics business across the Central Belt, with immediate starts available. Our client is a major UK logistics group with over 100 years of heritage, operating 50 depots nationwide and working with some of the UK's most recognised brands across food, drink, retail and manufacturing.
What's on offer?
- Ad hoc, ongoing and temporary to permanent positions available
- Flexible working to suit you - from a single shift per week to five or six shifts Monday to Friday shifts across days and nights, with various start times available
- A mix of tramping, trunking and delivery work across Glasgow, Bathgate and Edinburgh
- Paid weekly from £16 per hour up to £21.50 per hour, dependent on shift and start time
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will need:
- A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
- No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
