This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and experience in commercial and retail fit-outs.\\n\\n🔧 Key Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carry out high-quality joinery work for shop and retail fit-outs\\n\\n * \\n\\n Interpret technical drawings and plans accurately\\n\\n * \\n\\n Work on-site and in workshop as required\\n\\n * \\n\\n Install counters, display units, partitions, and other bespoke fittings\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines\\n\\n * \\n\\n Follow health and safety procedures at all times\\n\\n✅ Requirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as a joiner or shop fitter (2+ years preferred)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to read and understand technical drawings\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent attention to detail and workmanship\\n\\n * \\n\\n CSCS Card (preferred)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Full UK driving licence (preferred)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Own tools and transport (an advantage)\\n\\n💼 What We Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive pay (with overtime available)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Opportunity to work on high-profile commercial projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supportive team environment
