About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Manager to lead and deliver high-quality retail refurbishment and fit-out projects. Working on fast-paced commercial sites, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site activities from inception to completion, including subcontractors and trades.
- Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Lead on-site meetings and resolve issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects High End retail projects.
- Previously worked on projects at the airport.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (mandatory).
- Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- IT literacy (email, reporting tools, etc.)
