Connect Appointments are recruiting for an experienced Wills, Probate and Trust Solicitor to join our well-regarded legal client based in Market Harborough. Working as a Wills, Probate and Trust Solicitor, your duties will include:
- Drafting wills, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Managing probate applications and administering estates
- Advising on estate planning, tax implications, and trust matters
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third-party professionals
- Keeping up-to-date with legislation and industry best practice

What we're looking for?
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Wills and Probate
