HGV Class 1 Drivers to join an established logistics business based in
Widnes - new pass drivers welcome.
Our client transports processed wood to power plants using walking floor trailers, offering year-round work with a choice of shift patterns across days and nights.
What's on offer?
- Full-time position - ongoing work 12 months a year
Choice of two shift patterns:
- 4-on 4-off - four days off every week
- Sunday to Thursday
Days and nights available
- Average 12-hour shifts
Paid weekly at £19.05 to £23.53 per hour
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, your duties will include:
- Transporting processed wood to power plants using walking floor trailers
- Completing all delivery paperwork accurately
- Maintaining safe and professional driving standards at all times
To be considered as an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will need:
- A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence -
new pass drivers welcome
- A valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
- No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
