Job Description
Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a reliable and experienced individual to join our clients warehouse team, as a Warehouse Packer.
Working within their Grangemouth site, this is a 12-week guaranteed contract commencing June 2nd
What's on offer?
- Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm (with an earaly Friday finish)
- Optional overtime of 7am to 12pm on Saturdays
- 12.21 per hour – paid weekly
Working as a Warehouse Packer your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Picking and Packaging of customer orders
- Ensuring that all items match the relevant paperwork
- Reporting any damaged/missing items to Warehouse Managers/Supervisors
- Storing goods within the warehouse
- Preparing orders before storage and shipment
- Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining warehouse equipment
- Assisting with warehouse inventory controls
- General warehouse and labourer duties
- Any other warehouse duties as required
To be successful in this warehouse role, you will ideally have previous experience in a warehouse, order picking or similar environment. Combined with: excellent team-working skills; the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; great organisational and record-keeping skills; the ability to work effectively under limited supervision; and have a good level of computer skills.
