Connect Appointments are proud to be working with a leading Dunfermline based engineering company, and are seeking a motivated and eager individual to become a Technical Sales Specialist.

What you'll be doing?

  • Supporting External Technical Sales Engineers with internal sales and proposal activities
  • Handling customer enquiries over phone and email, delivering a high standard of service
  • Preparing accurate and timely quotations
  • Contributing to profitable sales across the full product range, including upselling
  • Building strong customer relationships and providing detailed product/service information
  • Supporting continuous improvement through collaboration with colleagues/management
  • Carrying out key admin tasks including documentation, CRM updates (Microsoft Dynamics), and internal communication
  • Keeping on top of supplier price changes and negotiating where needed
  • Carrying out additional duties to support the team as required

  • HNC or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or relevant experience)
