We are expanding our team and seeking a talented and experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team in Livingston.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing candidate relationships. Working within our dynamic team, you will be responsible for understanding our clients\’ needs, strategising solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of our recruitment services. Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients
  • Understanding client objectives, working with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Making calls to connect with candidates and evaluate their suitability for roles
  • Interviewing jobseekers to continuously enhance our database of candidates
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Operating our bespoke recruitment software

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the driving and transport industries
  • A demonstrated ability to drive results and exceed targets
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload
  • Flexible to work variable hours due to key client requirements, including early morning starts, and evening client emergency cover when required
  • Full UK driving licence
