Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to become a Production Team Leader within our client's Hillington site near Glasgow. Our client has a first-class reputation throughout the thriving spirits industry, and due to continued growth are seeking an organised individual to join their team as a Production Team Leader.

What's on offer:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm
  • £27,000 per annum

As a Production Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing operational policies and procedures
  • Ensuring production targets are met
  • Processing orders
  • Operating mechanical and IT systems
  • Training, supervising, and appraising staff
  • Any other activities deemed necessary to improve the performance of the department

The ideal Production Team Leader will have:

  • Experience of working on a production line
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory controls
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Valid driver's licence
