Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to become a Production Team Leader within our client's Hillington site near Glasgow. Our client has a first-class reputation throughout the thriving spirits industry, and due to continued growth are seeking an organised individual to join their team as a Production Team Leader.
What's on offer:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm
- £27,000 per annum
As a Production Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing operational policies and procedures
- Ensuring production targets are met
- Processing orders
- Operating mechanical and IT systems
- Training, supervising, and appraising staff
- Any other activities deemed necessary to improve the performance of the department
