Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced Payroll Manger to join and lead our client's Falkirk-based payroll department. What's on offer? Full-time permanent position Up to 35,000 per annum (DOE) Working as a Payroll Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of payroll operations for multiple SME clients . Combined with: Calculating wage increments, overtime payments and public holiday pay Cheques or bank transfers for employee payments (depending on the business) Analysing and reporting on payroll data Auditing the payroll to make sure it satisfies all government regulations Developing and refining payroll procedures To be successful you will ideally have a formal payroll qualification, with previous experience of working in a payroll bureau, preferably using Sage 50 payroll. Other key skills, traits and experience include: Previous chartered accountancy experience (preferred, but not essential) Knowledge of the end-to-end payroll processing and auto enrolment compliance Deal with all incoming payroll queries and responding efficiently Establishing excellent working relationships with clients The ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication Interested?
