Working as a Production Area Leader, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting morning check-ins, ensuring staff are signed in correctly
- Carrying out training and delivering briefs
- Liaising with HR regarding attendance and performance management
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures
- Communicating clearly with the Operations Manager and other teams

To be successful in this Production Area Leader position, you will have the following skills, traits and experience:

- Previous experience within production, contract packing, manufacturing or FMCG
- The desire to progress
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on working approach
- Able to balance multiple responsibilities
- Good problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
