Connect Appointments have a new exciting opportunity for a reliable and experienced individual to become a Hygiene Operative with our Ingliston based client. Working as a Hygiene Operative: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm 12.30 per hour – paid weekly Overtime paid at 18.45 per hour Your role as a Hygiene Operative is to ensure the environment is safe and clean to prevent a negative impact on quality standards. As such your duties will include: Clean all floors, walls and machinery on a rotational basis or as required – this will at times require working in confined spaces and at heights. Clean all spillages as and when required. Proactively respond to any incidents or environmental concerns which could negatively impact health and safety and quality standards – notifying management of any concerns. Complete daily paperwork; liaising with other areas to ensure customer requirements are met. Undertake any reasonable tasks as required and directed by management. To be successful in this role you will ideally have strong experience within a similar role. Combined with: Experience of working to strict procedures and compliance requirements. Forklift license is advantageous but not required. Previous experience in confined spaces is advantageous but not required – full training is provided. Interested?
