This is a hands-on, people-focused role managing our temporary workforce on site day to day. From morning check in's and inductions through to workforce planning and building strong relationships with the client's team. You'll be the first point of contact for both our workers and the client, keeping the operation running smoothly on both sides.

Temporary ongoing position
Monday to Friday, 6:15am to 3:15pm
Paid weekly at Β£13.71 per hour

Conducting daily attendance checks and sourcing replacements where needed
Meeting new starters, allocating PPE and carrying out site inductions
Updating attendance records, timesheets and manning schedules
Carrying out production floor walk-rounds to monitor PPE and compliance
Conducting performance reviews and maintaining training recordsTo be considered as an On-Site Coordinator, you will need:
Previous experience within recruitment, onsite management or a production environment
Strong communication and organisational skills with a hands-on approach
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
The ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
