Working as a Logistics Administrator, your duties will include:
- Accurately inputting and processing orders into our client's SAP system
- Creating, printing, and cross-checking legal paperwork
- Managing collection drivers and assisting at the transport office reception
- Providing daily reports of on-site status
- Liaising with the operations team to communicate schedule changes
- Managing spreadsheets and recording workloads for invoice reconciliation and stock control
- Adhering to all site safety rules, actively reporting near misses
- Following the ISO Quality Management System, operating risk assessments, and the 5's storage system
- Assisting in the induction of visiting hauliers and ensuring compliance with PPE and safety standards
To be successful, you will have the following skills and traits:
- Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy - particularly with data entry
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
