Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our Grangemouth-based client on a full-time, permanent contract.
What's on offer?
- Permanent role working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (with an early Friday finish)
- Competitive pay of Β£14.80 per hour, plus shift allowances, project bonuses, and enhanced overtime rates

About the role?
As a Team Leader within our client's industrial division, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising a team while promoting a strong health and safety culture
- Overseeing industrial operations including chemical cleaning, tank cleaning, water jetting, and environmental response
- Liaising with depot teams and site contacts, including audits, permits, and worksafe observations
- Driving company vehicles, including towing equipment, and carrying out daily defect checks
- Supporting efficient and safe project delivery across multiple sites
What we're looking for?
To be successful, you'll have proven team leadership experience along with:
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required
- Strong knowledge of working at height and in confined spaces
- Experience using high-pressure water jetting equipment
- Relevant certifications such as CCNSG, First Aid, MEWP 3a/3b, and Forklift (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
