Our client operates a busy transport and distribution operation, requiring a reliable and organised individual to support the smooth running of daily logistics administration.

Ongoing temporary position
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
£13.46 per hour - paid weeklyAs a Transport Admin, your duties will include:
Scheduling and monitoring vehicle routes and delivery times
Communicating with drivers regarding routes, delays and instructions
Processing delivery notes, invoices and consignment documents accurately
Tracking shipments and updating customers and internal teams on progress
Handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails related to transport operations
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and transport regulationsTo be considered as a Transport Admin, you will need:
Previous experience in a logistics, transport or administration role
Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic computer literacy including spreadsheets and transport management systems
