Job Description Connect Appointments are recruiting reliable and organised individuals to join our Livingston based client, as Document Handlers on an upcoming project. What\βs on offer? β Ongoing temporary position β Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm β 12.60 per hour, paid weekly β Full training provided As a Document Handler, your duties will include: β Organising, preparing and scanning confidential files and documents β Safely storing and disposing of files in line with company procedures β Using IT systems to assist with document storage and management β Ensuring confidentiality of all information at all times β Carrying out manual handling tasks including lifting and moving boxes up to 20kg The ideal Document Handler will have: β Previous office, administration or data entry experience β A good level of computer literacy and attention to detail β The ability to follow clear processes accurately and consistently β Strong written and verbal communication skills in English β A reliable, organised approach to work Interested?
