Connect Appointments is recruiting a HGV Class 2 Driver to join an established logistics business based in Darwen on a temporary basis.
Our client offers consistent Monday to Friday deliveries and collections across the BB postcode area, providing stable, ongoing work with an 8am start.
What's on offer?
- Full-time temporary position
- Working week of Monday to Friday,
- Shifts starting at 8am start, avering 8 to 12 hours
- £17.93 per hour - inclusive of holiday pay
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include:
- Completing palletised deliveries and collections across the BB postcode area
- Maintaining safe and professional driving standards at all times
- Completing all delivery paperwork accurately
To be considered as an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will need:
- A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
- No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
