Connect Appointments are recruiting a Production Operator to join our client's production team in Dalgety Bay.

What's on offer?

  • Full-time ongoing position
  • Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5pm
  • Paid weekly at Β£12.71 per hour

As a Production Operator, your main responsibility will be the functional testing of High Level and PCBA assemblies. With your day-to-day duties including:

With your day-to-day duties including:

  • Reporting to the Production Supervisor
  • Achieving test targets for throughput and quality
  • Performing functional testing of High Level and PCBA assemblies
  • Following provided specifications and standard operating procedures
  • Using test equipment (familiarity is an advantage but not essential)
  • Maintaining Health & Safety standards
  • Operating equipment and machinery - only if trained and authorised
  • Preserving product quality and complying with manufacturing standards, including planning documentation, work instructions, and IPC 610 workmanship standards
  • Working efficiently to reduce waste and supporting continuous improvement
  • Raising any safety, quality, or environmental concerns with your Manager

To be successful in this Production Operator role, you will have previous experience in assembly or functional testing - ideally including PCBA assembly. Other key skills, traits and experience include:
