Connect Appointments has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join one of our well-established East Kilbride-based clients on an ongoing basis!

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with an early finish on Friday

Salary:

£12.21 per hour

Role Description:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will assist with incoming calls and emails regarding customer orders and general enquiries. Your duties will focus on providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers. A positive can-do attitude is essential, along with:
