Job Description
Connect Appointments are recruiting individuals to join our Rosyth based Bakery client, as Bakery Production Operatives.
Day and night shift available:
- Early Shift: Monday to Friday β 06:00 to 14:30 @ 12.24 per hour
- Night Shift: Sun to Thursday β 23:00 to 07:30 @ 14.07 per hour
Working as a Bakery Production Operative your day-to-day tasks will revolve around the production of a number of baked goods, including: Morning Rolls, Pie, Bridies, Pies, and cakes. You will also be expected to conduct quality checks on each finished item and ingredients at every stage of the production process; ensure a clean working environment at all times; and follow the company policies and procedures.
To be successful within this role you will be a reliable individual, ideally with previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or food related environment β but not essential, as full training is provided. Other key skills include:
- The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Follow both written and verbal instructions
- Good attention to detail
- An awareness of the importance of food hygiene
