Connect Appointments are seeking an Assembly Operator for permanent work with our client in East Kilbride!
What's on offer?
- £25,000 per annum
- Monday to Thursday, 37.5 hours per week
- Full-time permanent position
Working as an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting any reasonable tasks required for the upkeep of the site
- Ensuring that the production area is kept clean and well-maintained
- Calling out major issues with machinery so it can be fixed
- Recording checks done on machinery with tick sheet
To be successful as an Assembly Operator, you will ideally have previous experience in a production environment, particularly within assembly processes, as well as:
- Strong attention to detail
- A key focus on quality and health & safety
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience using hand tools for soldering (beneficial, but not essential)
