Connect Appointments is recruiting an experienced
Forklift Driver to join an established client based in
Alloa.
What's on offer?
- Ongoing temporary position with the potential for permanent employment
- Monday to Friday, 6am to 4pm
- Paid weekly at £12.95 per hour
- Overtime paid at £19.12 per hour
As a Forklift Driver, your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Transporting and storing materials in the correct warehouse locations
- Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely in a fast-paced environment
- Consolidating partial pallets to optimise storage for incoming deliveries
- Keeping forklift operating areas clear and hazard-free
To be considered as a Forklift Driver, you will need:
- A valid Counterbalance forklift licence is essential
- Previous forklift experience in a warehouse, logistics, production or manufacturing environment - experience handling glass is advantageous
- The ability to work at pace while maintaining safety and accuracy
- A reliable, punctual approach with a strong work ethic
- Access to your own transport is advantageous
