Connect Appointments are looking for a Accounts Administrator to join our Hartlepool based client. This is an initial two week role, with the potential of a full-time permanent role.

What\’s on offer?

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 16:30
  • 15 per hour – paid weekly
  • Temp to perm opportunity

What you\’ll do as an Accounts Administrator :

  • Generate customer invoices, and send documentation to customers
  • Perform general office admin tasks (answering the phone, emails etc)
  • Part of the route planning operations for drivers
  • Undertaking tonnage reports
  • Operating weighbridge
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

What you\’ll need as an Accounts Administrator:

  • Proficient in billing and accounting software (Sage)
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and task prioritisation
