Connect Appointments are looking for a Accounts Administrator to join our Hartlepool based client. This is an initial two week role, with the potential of a full-time permanent role.
What\’s on offer?
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 16:30
- 15 per hour – paid weekly
- Temp to perm opportunity
What you\’ll do as an Accounts Administrator :
- Generate customer invoices, and send documentation to customers
- Perform general office admin tasks (answering the phone, emails etc)
- Part of the route planning operations for drivers
- Undertaking tonnage reports
- Operating weighbridge
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
What you\’ll need as an Accounts Administrator:
- Proficient in billing and accounting software (Sage)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and task prioritisation
- Strong communication skills
