As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in building this division from the ground up, shaping its presence in the market, and helping scale teams in fast-moving, cutting-edge technology sectors.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead full lifecycle recruitment for AI, Data, and Software roles across startups, scale-ups, and high-growth tech businesses in the UK and Europe.
- Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Proactively source, engage, and manage high-calibre candidates, leveraging your network and cutting-edge recruitment tools.
- Business development efforts, expanding the client base and opening new market opportunities.

- Proven experience in tech recruitment, ideally specialising in AI, Data, Software, or scale-ups.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of winning and growing client accounts.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a growth-focused mindset.
