Key Responsibilities *Assist the transport team with vehicle booking systems (VBS) and planning using the TOPS system. *Communicate effectively with drivers, providing clear instructions to ensure smooth operations. *Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. *Action and respond to emails promptly, maintaining excellent customer service. *Liaise with customers to provide updates on delivery status, address inquiries, and resolve issues. *Offer general administrative support to the transport team as required. Ideal Candidate Profile * Some experience in transport, logistics, or a similar field is desirable. * Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. *Attitude: A keen desire to learn, develop, and take on more responsibility in the future * Comfortable with IT systems; familiarity with VBS or TOPS would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
