Connect 2U Recruitment are looking for a full time Gardening Operative for a permanent position based out of our client's Loughton based Yard. Previous gardening at a professional level experience is a must for this role. Your duties will include:
- Mowing
- Strimming
- Leaf blowing
- Planting
- Pruning
- Chemical applications
All work will be carried out around the Epping Forest Borough and you will go out daily in teams of 2/3. It is also preferable that you have a full driving license. Any horticultural qualifications would also be beneficial (PA1 and PA6 / Ride on Mower etc). This is a permanent, salaried job that comes with all the usual benefits of a full time employee, including:
- The opportunity to earn a performance related bonus of up to 15% of salary
- Pension scheme contributions set at 7% of salary
- Life insurance at 4 x annual salary
