We are currently looking for an experienced Room Leader or a Level 3 Early Years practitioner looking to become a Room Leader for an outstanding nursery based in Fulham. The role is full time and we will be offering full support and training to help the successful candidate settle in.
- Childcare and Education: Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences, including creative, sensory, and physical activities tailored to children's abilities, interests, and cultural backgrounds.
- Parental Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress, provide advice, and build positive relationships.
- Continuously evaluate and improve nursery practices, embracing creativity and innovation to enhance the learning environment.
