We are currently recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner for a School in Northampton Term Time Only.

Salary: £23,280 per annum

Hours: 39 hours per week

Contract: Term Time Only + 6 weeks

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of the children in our Nursery. You will help create a stimulating, caring, and engaging environment, in line with the EYFS framework.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting children's learning through purposeful play and planned activities
  • Assisting in planning and delivering the EYFS curriculum
  • Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and building positive relationships with parents

Who We Are Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in an Early Years setting
  • A passion for early childhood development
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
