Connaught Resourcing are working with a National Service provider in recruiting permenant Diabetes Specialist Nurses across the country to work within primary care. Our client is looking to develop a nationwide Diabetes team and so nurses from all locations will be considered. This is a hybrid-working position whereby you will be conducting various clinics within community settings (e.g. GP practices, care homes, health centres) and home-based in between. Working in a pro-active manner, you will be identifying sub-optimally controlled patients with Type 2 diabetes, optimising their oral therapy, conducting point of care testing and referring for specialist insulin treatment where necessary, whilst exercising corporate nursing responsibilities. Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (4-days part-time considered).
