We are currently looking for an experienced Room Leader or a Level 3 Early Years practitioner looking to become a Room Leader for an outstanding nursery based in Fulham. The role is full time and we will be offering full support and training to help the successful candidate settle in.
Childcare and Education: Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences, including creative, sensory, and physical activities tailored to children's abilities, interests, and cultural backgrounds.
Parental Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress, provide advice, and build positive relationships.
Continuously evaluate and improve nursery practices, embracing creativity and innovation to enhance the learning environment.
