Hours: Full Time - Term-time only, plus 5 additional days

Our client, a leading independent through school in Essex, is seeking an Academic Coach to support pupils in achieving their full academic potential. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a coaching programme that will have a lasting impact on student outcomes and wellbeing.

Working closely with senior academic and pastoral leaders, the Academic Coach will provide targeted support to pupils, particularly in Years 10 and 11, helping them develop effective study habits, revision strategies, organisational skills and academic confidence. Through a combination of data analysis, coaching conversations and collaborative planning, the successful candidate will empower pupils to take ownership of their learning and achieve the best possible outcomes.
