An independent prep school in Inner London is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher with Head of Maths responsibility to join the school from September 2026. This position is offered as maternity cover and presents an exciting opportunity for an Upper Key Stage 2 teacher looking to take on a leadership role within a warm and supportive school community.

This is a unique opportunity as the successful candidate will be teaching the school's first ever Year 6 cohort. - Leading and developing Mathematics teaching and learning
- Overseeing the Maths curriculum, schemes of work and resources

Qualifications & Experience:
- Upper KS2 teaching experience
- Demonstrate a strong track record of excellent classroom teaching
- Ideally have independent school experience
- Have experience preparing pupils for 11+ examinations
- Are enthusiastic about leading and developing Maths across a school
