We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join a beautiful Early Years setting based in Sutton. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who is committed to delivering outstanding care, learning, and development opportunities for young children.
This is a full-time, all-year-round position, working within either the baby room or toddler room, depending on your skills and experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a team to provide high-quality care and education.
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.
- Working closely with management to maintain high standards across the setting.
- Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are consistently followed.
We are looking for someone who: We would also consider an Early Years Practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their childcare career. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organised, and confident in leading by example, with a genuine passion for supporting children during their early development.
