If you hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification and have experience supporting or leading a nursery room, this is an opportunity to progress your career within a supportive setting. Permanent full-time and part-time roles are available. What You'll Lead Lead the day-to-day running of your room, setting clear expectations and maintaining consistently high standards of care and education. Support, motivate and guide practitioners through positive role modelling, coaching and effective delegation. Plan and oversee inspiring learning experiences that respond to each child's interests, development and individual needs. Build trusted partnerships with parents and carers, sharing children's progress and supporting a positive nursery experience. Maintain excellent safeguarding, health and safety, record-keeping and compliance with relevant legislation and the EYFS framework. Work closely with the nursery leadership team to support continuous improvement, occupancy and the wider success of the setting. Why Join?
