Connaught Resourcing Ltd (Education) seeks an experienced SEND Coordinator to lead strategy and day-to-day delivery of SEND provision across the school, acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead and Senior Mental Health Lead.
You will develop SEND policy, monitor provision, coordinate EHCP reviews, train staff, work with families and authorities, and promote inclusion while safeguarding pupils. This role requires leadership and a commitment to high outcomes for pupils with SEND.
