Connaught Education is currently working in partnership with a thriving and highly successful private preschool to appoint an Early Years Teacher and Room Leader on a permanent basis from September 2025. The preschool in question has a reputation for excellence in Early Years education, operating a multi-philosophy ethos, giving a truly broad and varied educational experience to all pupils prior to their entry into some of London's best preparatory schools. This outstanding preschool is popular and oversubscribed, with plans in place to open a second site in the near future.
The successful Early Years Teacher and Room Leader will have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification, with Level 6 or Early Years Teacher Status a strong preference. The appointed Early Years Teacher will receive a highly competitive salary, pension contributions, cycle to work scheme, free school meals and outstanding opportunities for professional development and progression.
