The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our wonderful nursery team in Catford.
We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, offering between 20 and 40 hours per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education, supporting children to feel safe, confident, and excited to learn every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Support children's learning, development, independence, and wellbeing.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress accurately.
- Work as part of a supportive nursery team to maintain high standards of care.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
About You
- Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Have experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
- Be caring, reliable, proactive, and committed to children's development.
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child-centred practice.
- Communicate confidently with children, families, and team members.
- Enjoy working as part of a friendly, professional, and child-focused team.
