Connaught Education is seeking an experienced teacher to lead SEND provision across the school, acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead and Senior Mental Health Lead, and to drive policy, delivery and monitoring from pre-reception onwards.
You will work with families, the local authority and external agencies, analyse data to inform staffing and resource decisions, and develop staff through training while maintaining safeguarding and high expectations for every pupil.
