The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our wonderful nursery team in Catford. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, offering between 20 and 40 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education, supporting children to feel safe, confident, and excited to learn every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Support children's learning, development, independence, and wellbeing.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress accurately.

About You

  • Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Have experience working in an early years or nursery setting.

  • Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child-centred practice.
  • Communicate confidently with children, families, and team members.
