What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver outstanding person-centred care while leading by example across the shift
  • Support and mentor care assistants, ensuring best practice and kindness underpin everything
  • Assist with medication administration, care plans, risk assessments and handovers
  • Be the senior point of contact on the floor—managing priorities, responding to resident needs, and supporting the team in the moment.
  • Build trusted relationships with residents and their families, offering reassurance, empathy and clear communication
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of care, dignity, and respect
