What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design, plan and deliver a wide range of enriching events, from daily activities to larger community celebrations
- Create personalised experiences tailored to residents’ preferences, hobbies, and life stories
- Work closely with residents, families, and care teams to ensure every event is inclusive, thoughtful, and meaningful
- Support links with local groups, schools, entertainers and volunteers to bring the community into the home
- Working with the Events Manager to manage budgets, calendars, and promotional materials with creativity and care
- Track engagement and feedback to continually improve and innovate our events programme
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in event planning or coordination—hospitality, care, or community settings a bonus
