- A good eye for detail and a quiet pride in getting the small things right
- An understanding of how a clean, well-kept space contributes to dignity, wellbeing, and emotional comfort
- A respectful, professional, and discreet approach
- A genuine desire to make a difference through the work you do—even if it’s behind the scenes

You’ll work in a beautiful environment, alongside a supportive team, with access to training, development, and the recognition you deserve. And every day, you’ll help our residents Live a Life More Extraordinary—simply by making sure their home feels like home.
If you love getting the details right, take pride in your work, and believe cleanliness is a kind of quiet kindness—we’d love to hear from you.
