What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet residents, families, visitors, and colleagues with warmth, professionalism, and a friendly smile.
- Answer calls, emails and face‑to‑face queries promptly and helpfully—always with a personal touch.
- Manage front‑of‑house systems including sign‑in, bookings, post, and deliveries.
- Maintain a beautifully presented reception area that reflects the standard of the home.
- Support general administrative tasks, from printing and filing to light diary coordination.
- Work closely with care, hospitality, and management teams to ensure smooth communication and a joined‑up resident experience.
What You’ll Bring:
